The App uses artificial intelligence to generate recommendations. Results are not guaranteed, and we make no promises about your dating success.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 17 years old to use RizzGPT. By using the App, you represent and warrant that:
- You are at least 17 years of age
- You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
- You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations
4. Subscription and Payments
Premium Subscription
Premium features are available through auto-renewable subscriptions:
- Monthly: $19.99 per month
- Yearly: $199.99 per year (best value)
Billing Terms
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
- Subscriptions may be managed and canceled in your device's subscription settings
- No refunds for partial subscription periods
5. Acceptable Use Policy
You Agree NOT To:
- Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Harass, abuse, or harm another person
- Share offensive, abusive, or discriminatory content
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the App
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
6. AI-Generated Content
Nature of AI Suggestions
- All conversation starters, profile feedback, and chat suggestions are AI-generated
- Suggestions are for entertainment and educational purposes only
- We do not guarantee accuracy, appropriateness, or effectiveness
- AI may occasionally generate imperfect or inappropriate content
Your Responsibility
- Review all AI-generated content before using it
- Use your judgment when implementing suggestions
- We are not responsible for consequences of using AI-generated content
- Report any offensive or inappropriate AI-generated content
7. Disclaimers
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee:
- Dating success or improved romantic outcomes
- Accuracy of AI-generated content
- Compatibility with all devices
- Availability of the App at all times
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RIZZGPT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR DAMAGES EXCEEDING THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Terms in the App and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
